As our Personal Lines New Business Producer, you talk to inbound personal lines prospects and make outbound calls prospecting calls. You advise and counsel them on coverage … qualify them for carrier placement … and write their applications. Done!
Your assistant does most of the dirty work of entering quote data, ordering consumer reports, preparing application packets, processing paperwork, etc. And after the policies are written? … You have no further responsibility for the client. The service team handles that.

You MUST have a IL Property & Casualty insurance license – or an equivalent license from another state and prepared to get your IL license.
You MUST have experience quoting and writing Personal Lines insurance.
You MUST get to work reliably.
You MUST be willing to put in the hours necessary to meet minimum production thresholds. You know yourself. If you aren’t willing to do that, please do not apply.
You MUST be able to work during our office hours of Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm with an hour off for lunch. These hours are not flexible. Our clients expect us to be available when we say we are.
You MUST be committed to your clients. Client service beyond office hours is sometimes necessary to provide top-shelf service. That’s the business we’re in. If you have the required experience you know that.
